She is eager to continue expanding her knowledge base, and to continue fueling the passion for serving others!
She has been practicing Classical Yoga since 2005, and in 2011, finally pursued her longtime dream of going through Classical Yoga Teacher Training. She obtained her 200-hour certification through East Eagle Yoga (with the previous owners, Joe and Nicole) in Havertown, PA. She considers herself very blessed to have been taught by such amazing teachers, whose lineage comes straight from the heart of India, at the Yoga Institute in Mumbai. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance, and continues to further her training through continuing education. Linell Cohen, LMT
Linell is a licensed massage therapist who has been practicing on the Mainline since 2009, after she completed her 600 hour Professional Massage Therapy training program at Cortiva Institute in King of Prussia. She specializes in Swedish, deep tissue and trigger point massage therapy. She also practices prenatal, myofascial release and craniosacral therapy as well. She has experience working in a chiropractor’s office as well as in a spa, and so can provide the best of both worlds. She customizes every massage to meet the specific needs of each client, whether it be to release a stubborn knot or to just let go and relax. Her goal is to help people reach a deep level of relaxation using gentle, gliding strokes that leave the recipient feeling refreshed and renewed after every session. Linell is also a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and loves integrating this energy healing technique into her massage sessions if desired.
